After shampooing, apply a quarter sized amount of treatment to wet hair while massaging the scalp. Leave in for 3-6 minutes for optimal results. Thoroughly rinse out the treatment from the hair until no product remains. It is normal to feel the "cooling effect". Use once or twice a week to protect and repair the scalp. Skip the conditioner on days when scalp treatment is used.
