Take two (2) tablets once daily with a meal and a full glass of water.

Avoid taking any other multivitamin unless instructed by a doctor, especially if it contains Vitamin A. Side effects may include upset stomach or headache, particularly if taken without adequate food. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery or if any serious adverse reaction occurs.
