Holding oil in the mouth and "swishing" or "pulling" it back and forth through the teeth is an excellent way to support overall oral health and hygiene. Daily Swish is a combination of oils infused with herbs traditionally used to support healthy teeth and gums. It is flavored with a refreshing blend of mint essential oils that leave your mouth feeling sparkling clean.
Swish approximately 2-3 teaspoons (10-15 ml) of oil in the mouth. Continue for at least a few minutes and for up to 20 minutes. When finished, spit out the oil (do not swallow) and rinse the mouth with warm water. Use in addition to a normal oral hygiene routine.
