Bright and herbal, this is a versatile seasoning that goes great with everything.
Toss lamb cubes with olive oil and sprinkle with the spice mix before threading on skewers and grilling. Brush pita wedges with olive oil and top with this blend before baking into pita chips. Add a spoonful to yogurt along with lemon juice to make a sauce for grilled meats or vegetables.
Hudson valley salt, dried garlic, black pepper, oregano, coriander, thyme, dried onion, spices, not more than 2%: Lemon oil.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
