To reconstitute add 1 1/2 teaspoons of concentrate to 1 cup (8 oz) of water- or add 1 teaspoon to 1 pint (16 oz) of water- or add 1/2 cup to 1 gallon of water. Drink 2-3 glasses of reconstituted Electrolyve® liquid electrolyte daily or as directed.
