Eldermune™ is a powerful combination of European whole food black elderberry and Sunfiber®, a prebiotic fiber. The European Haschberg- variety of elderberry in Eldermune™ naturally contains polyphenols, anthocyanins and berry micronutrients which are known to support immune health.
Once ripe, big clusters of whole berries are picked and undergo a patented, ultra-filtration cold-pressed process to create a whole food extra virgin elderberry juice that preserves their natural goodness.
This juice is then mixed with Sunfiber®, a prebiotic soluble fiber, which has a synergistic effect on the absorption and digestion of the elderberry nutrients and helps feed good bacteria in the digestive tract.
