On Skin - Before applying lotion or moisturizer, apply it on the desired area of skin to soothe and moisturize the skin.

On Hair - Prior to shampooing, massage the gel onto scalp. Can be use as a hair mask. Apply a generous layer onto your hair and leave on for 30 minutes before rinsing off.
