Initial (first serving) Directions: Start by taking 1/2 scoop mixed in 2-3 ounces of cold water to assess your individual tolerance. If you experience any unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor.
Directions for Regular Use: Take 1 serving with breakfast and 1 more serving with either lunch or dinner. Mix each serving with 3-6 ounces of cold water. Consume with adequate water on a daily basis.
