MegaFood Multivitamin for Daily Immune Support combines immune-supportive vitamins C, D3, E, plus selenium and zinc. Acerola cherry provides a natural source of vitamin C and we use the methylated forms of folate and B12. This product also features a complementary blend of Astragalus rot and Reishi mushroom.
This MegaFood product is made with real food, wholesome nutritional yeast and added nutrients.

2 tablets daily with a beverage. May be taken anytime throughout the day even on an empty stomach.
