Turmeric + Cumin
There are so many reasons to love turmeric, especially in our organic South Indian Surekha rice enhanced with cumin seeds.
Get ready to love Surekha (pronounced sir-RAY-ka) rice! Organically grown in South India, it's nutritionally closer to brown rice than white rice because of the ancient technique of 'parboiling'. The grains get boiled in their husks to lock in nutrients and fiber. We love its firm texture and faintly sweet taste and the way it complement any cuisine.
