    You'll need:

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Whisk together eggs, oil, and water in a large bowl.
  • Add entire bag of baking mix and combine well.
  • Mix in vinegar until thoroughly incorporated.
  • Transfer dough into a well-greased small loaf pan (approx. 8.5" x 4.5" x 2.5").
  • Bake for 1 hour or until edges of the loaf start to recede from the pan.
  • Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan to cool completely. Enjoy!
