NutraBio 리로드 리커버리 매트릭스는 운동 후 및 식간에 보충하여 근육 회복을 강화하고 운동으로 인한 근육 손상을 줄이며 근육 증가와 회복을 지원하기 위해 개발되었습니다.
보충제로서 리로드 1스쿱을 812oz의 물에 섞어 섭취하십시오. 원하는 맛에 따라 물양을 조절하십시오. 효과를 극대화하려면 운동하는 날과 운동하지 않는 날에 리로드를 다음과 같이 섭취해야 합니다.
운동하는 날: 리로드를 매일 1회 섭취하십시오. 아침에 운동하는 경우 오후나 저녁 늦게 식간에 1회 제공량을 섭취하십시오. 저녁에 운동하는 경우 이른 시간에 1회 제공량을 섭취하십시오.
