The oil, vinegar, herbs and spices in a marinade all work together to create a mouthwatering dish. The oil and vinegar soften the meat’s outer layer so the seasonings can be absorbed, creating a brag-worthy main dish. With our marinade mixes, marinating for 15 minutes is enough for a flavor-packed meal straight from your own grill.

You Will Need

2 lbs shrimp or Chicken

1/4 cup vegetable oil

2 tbsp water

2 tbsp white vinegar

In a medium bowl, whisk packet contents with water, oil and vinegar until thoroughly mixed. Reserve 2 tbsp marinade for basting.

Place seafood or meat in a large resealable bag or glass dish and add remaining marinade.

Refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes. Remove meat and discard any remaining marinade.

Grill until desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade halfway rough cooking.
