How do I drink it?
Simply use freshly boiled water and steep the bag for at least 4 minutes. For the best flavour, we recommend that you refrain from using a microwave to boil your water.
We recommend that you consume two cups per day of our probiotic tea, each brewed for at least four minutes, as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
